Reco Consulting offers leadership coaching and workshops that develop holistic leaders who value personal and team growth.
We all have the resources and potential within ourselves to reach our goals. However, we also have biases and old patterns that prevent us from being aware of certain behaviours. As your coach and facilitator, I act as a neutral mirror that reflects those patterns back, and empower you to find new solutions or practice new behaviours to reach your desired outcomes.
Coaching can be facilitated in an individual, 1-on-1 basis or in a team coaching environment in order to help team members to work in a cohesive, effective way, to develop the ability to take group decisions or resolve group conflicts.
